Bill Dull
President
With more than 40 years of experience in power magnetics, Bill Dull has served as Triad Magnetics’ president for over 22 years. His experience managing the North American divisions for Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese firms gives Triad a global perspective.
Dull oversees the U.S. Custom Design and Production Center in Perris, California, as well as Triad’s transformer, inductor, and power supply portfolios. Outside Triad, he serves on The Transformer Association’s executive board, as a trustee for the UC Riverside Foundation, and as a Scouts USA troop leader.
Jennifer Chen
Fulfillment Manager
Jennifer Chen brings global logistics and manufacturing expertise to Triad. Before moving to the United States in 2003, she spent a decade in logistics in Taiwan and eight years managing manufacturing in the Philippines.
As Triad’s fulfillment manager for more than 20 years, Chen oversees purchasing, logistics, and warehousing. Known internally as “the promise keeper,” she goes above and beyond to achieve precise, on-time delivery.
Lazaro Rodriguez
Engineering Manager
Lazaro Rodriguez leads Triad’s engineering team. With more than 20 years of experience delivering engineering solutions to customers worldwide, he provides engineering guidance, mentoring, and professional development to his team. Rodriguez joined Triad in 2002 as a reliability test technician, advanced to a magnetics engineer in 2004, and became engineering manager in 2016. In his role, he ensures ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22301 compliance for all custom magnetic projects.
Rodriguez holds a BS in automated manufacturing technology and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
Ongela Starks
Sales Manager
With over 30 years in the global electronics sector, Ongela Starks combines technical insight with a customer-first approach that drives Triad’s growth. After serving as a sales territory manager at Triad for 10 years, Starks was promoted to sales manager.
She previously served as HR and administration manager for Tamura Corporation of America, overseeing recruiting, accounting, and HR operations. Starks holds a BS in business administration and an AA in accounting.
Tracy Preston
Administration Manager
Tracy Preston has more than 30 years of experience in staff leadership, financial management, and office operations. As Triad’s administration manager for over 22 years, Preston oversees financial statements, annual audits, payroll, and HR, strengthening our internal operations.
Preston also led Triad’s NetSuite software implementation, providing real-time visibility into key financial performance metrics. Her precision and insight reinforce our operational excellence.
Sergio Pereda
Production Manager
With more than 35 years in manufacturing and project management, Sergio Pereda drives Triad’s production quality and efficiency. His expertise spans lean manufacturing, total quality control (TQC), and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
He has led major plant setups in the U.S., Asia, and Latin America and held leadership roles at Collins Aerospace, United Business Mail, and Pioneer Electronics. Pereda also helped establish Triad’s U.S. production facility.
Armando Armijo
QMS Manager
As the Quality Management Systems (QMS) manager, Armando Armijo ensures that every Triad facility and product meets rigorous standards. He brings over 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance, environmental health and safety (EHS), and policy development.
Before joining Triad, he worked at NASA-JPL, Yamaha, Maxar Space Robotics, and Pioneer Electronics. Certified in OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and EPA compliance, Armijo continually refines Triad’s systems to uphold certification and product quality.
